There are many courses out there offering to teach you stress management techniques but one of the best things I have found are emotional freedom techniques – a bit of a mouthful so they are often known simply as EFT or “tapping”. Once you learn the ‘basic recipe’ – tapping on a series of acupressure points on the body it is amazing how you can calm your system and become productive again, a solution literally at your fingertips. The techniques are used by top sportsmen and women and can improve your performance in many areas.
