Our Training Philosophy
The training method will be interactive, using a combination of information giving, discussion, practical exercises and syndicate activities. There will be a strong emphasis on active participation to ensure participants are able to relate the material to their own work situations. For adult learners small group activities often provide the most satisfying and non-threatening way of learning.

Who is it for
This session is suitable to all those who employ staff and are in some way responsible for their management. HR managers & advisors; line managers, senior management, business owners. It follows on from the first AES course but equally is a stand alone session.

Your Trainer
Lyn Creasey is a Human Resource Consultant, Speaker & Trainer. After 20 years’ experience in the corporate environment, in 2002 Lyn established LYNC HR Ltd, a consultancy specialising in assisting in all aspects of People, Policy & Communication. She works extensively with clients initiating human resource policies and training managers and employees in the best practice translation of employment legislation. Lyn has spoken at numerous events both at home and abroad. Lyn is a skilled facilitator, certified as an NLP practitioner, a Fellow of the CIPD, a certified Coach and Master Practitioner in TetraMap, who has incorporated her skills & holistic philosophies and strategies into client workshops.
