 The consequences of not doing things correctly
 Understanding why we need a disciplinary policy
 Why do things go wrong in the first place?
 The difference between informal V’s formal procedures and how to proceed
 Explaining investigations and witness statements
 Best practice procedures for conducting a disciplinary hearing
 Understanding who has responsibility in your company
 The difference between capability and conduct
Workshops are 90% funded by the skills enhancement fund and certain criteria applies, we must have proof if self-employed of a letter issued by HMRC stating your self-employed status or a letter from HMRC with proof of class 2/4 NIC or if a company/charity the company/charity registration number. Up to 2 employees can attend (eligible businesses must employ less than 250 staff and be based within Yorkshire & Humber)
