As some of you know I am a homeopath for my day job and also use a lot of simple mindfulness techniques myself and with my patients. Mindfulness is in the news a lot at the minute but I know many people have no idea really what it is all about or why it might help them. Everyone from Google to the NHS is practising mindfulness and it is now being taught in some business schools. You really don’t have to eat lentils and knit your own jumpers to benefit and the aim of this blog is to direct you to simple tools, websites and videos on a range of subjects such as mindfulness, meditation, spirituality and ethics in business, stress-busting and many other things to make you, your colleagues and workplace happier and more productive.
There will be guest posts from our members on a range of subjects but if there is anything specific you’d like to know about just email me and I’ll do my best to find out about it.
